I mentioned it in the last entry, but I have a proper reading coming up of The (Almost) Unforgettable Edwin Booth with Sea Dog Theater, Friday, September 21, 2018. Gabriel Barre is directing a great cast that features real-life brothers Matt Bogart & Dominic Bogart playing brothers Edwin & John Wilkes Booth. Also: Kate Reinders, MacIntyre Dixon, Skye Scott, Mimi Bessette, Martha Harms, Martin Landry, and music director Kyle Norris (with Marty Isenberg on bass and Brian Raddock on drums). Pretty exciting cast of some big shot Broadway folks. Humbled, honored, and excited.
